Global Fulfillment
We partner with CJ Dropshipping to fulfill your orders. Products are dispatched primarily from warehouses in China and East Asia. Packaging may carry third-party supplier branding rather than AetherPaws branding.
As a dropshipping store, we do not hold physical inventory. Once your order is placed, it is forwarded to our fulfillment partner who picks, packs, and ships directly to you.

Once your order departs our hub, you will receive an interactive tracking link via email. Please allow 2-5 business days for the global logistics satellite data to synchronize with your dashboard.
Duties & Import Taxes
Because your order ships from China, customs duties and import taxes may apply depending on your country. The rules vary — please review your region below before ordering.
European Union
Orders under €150 may be subject to VAT charged at the border. We are working to register for IOSS to enable VAT collection at checkout — until then, VAT may be charged by your local postal carrier upon delivery. Orders over €150 are also subject to customs duties.
United Kingdom
Orders under £135 have VAT collected at point of sale (included in the price displayed at checkout). Orders over £135 may be subject to import VAT and customs duties charged by HMRC at the border.
United States ⚠
Due to current US trade policy (2025), the de minimis duty-free exemption for goods of Chinese origin has been significantly restricted. Import tariffs under Section 301 may apply to your order regardless of its value. These charges are assessed by US Customs and Border Protection and collected by your delivery carrier before release of the parcel. Import duties are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in the order total. We recommend checking current US tariff rates for your product category before ordering.
Australia
GST (10%) is included in the price displayed to Australian customers at checkout. No additional GST should be charged at the border for orders under AUD 1,000.
All Other Countries
Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the buyer's sole responsibility and are not included in the order total. We cannot predict or control these charges. If you refuse delivery of a package at customs, return shipping costs will be deducted from any refund issued.
We declare the actual transaction value on all customs forms. We do not falsify or undervalue customs declarations.
Split Shipments
Orders containing multiple items may be split into separate shipments dispatched from different warehouses. If this happens, you will receive multiple tracking numbers and items may arrive at different times.
Split shipments do not affect your right to a full refund if any item does not arrive. Each tracking number represents a separate parcel — please allow the full delivery window for each before contacting support.
