Product Information & Dropshipping

We strive to provide accurate product information. However, as a signature dropshipping service, products are shipped directly from our curated third-party suppliers. We do not hold physical inventory, which allows us to offer a wider range of premium essentials.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Spain for any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms.

If you are an EU/EEA consumer, you also benefit from the mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence, pursuant to EU Regulation No 593/2008 (Rome I).

Contract Formation

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. A legally binding contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation email. Until that email is sent, no contract exists and we reserve the right to decline any order.

We may cancel a confirmed order before dispatch if: (a) the product is out of stock or no longer available; (b) a pricing or description error occurred; (c) payment cannot be verified or is declined. In such cases, a full refund will be issued within 5 business days.

Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order on this website. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you are 18 or older and legally capable of entering into a binding contract.

Prohibited Uses

You may not use this site to:

Pricing Errors

If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or system fault, we will notify you before processing payment and give you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel your order for a full refund. We are under no obligation to honour manifestly incorrect prices.
