Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on our website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only.

What is restricted:

• Modifying or copying materials
• Commercial use or public display
• Reverse engineering software
• Removing proprietary notations

Disclaimer

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits mandatory consumer rights, including statutory conformity, safety and withdrawal rights. Product descriptions are provided in good faith and our statutory obligations apply in addition to any voluntary policy.

Limitations of Liability

We are responsible for loss or damage to the extent required by applicable law. Any limitation applies only to the maximum extent permitted and does not limit liability for death, personal injury, fraud, gross negligence or non-conforming goods.

Product Information & Dropshipping

We strive to provide accurate product information. However, as a signature dropshipping service, products are shipped directly from our curated third-party suppliers. We do not hold physical inventory, which allows us to offer a wider range of premium essentials.

Governing Law

Spanish law applies without depriving consumers of mandatory protections. A consumer may bring proceedings in the courts available in their country of residence where applicable.

If you are an EU/EEA consumer, you also benefit from the mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence, pursuant to EU Regulation No 593/2008 (Rome I).

Contract Formation

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. A legally binding contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation email. Until that email is sent, no contract exists and we reserve the right to decline any order.

We may cancel a confirmed order before dispatch if: (a) the product is out of stock or no longer available; (b) a pricing or description error occurred; (c) payment cannot be verified or is declined. In such cases, a full refund will be issued within 5 business days.

Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order on this website. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you are 18 or older and legally capable of entering into a binding contract.

Prohibited Uses

You may not use this site to:

• Submit false or fraudulent orders
• Use stolen or unauthorised payment credentials
• Scrape, crawl, or harvest product data or prices
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Initiate fraudulent chargebacks or disputes
• Attempt to circumvent security measures

Pricing Errors

We strive to ensure all prices are accurate. If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or system fault, we will notify you before processing payment and give you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel your order for a full refund. We are under no obligation to honour manifestly incorrect prices.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, please contact us first at support@aetherpaws.com. We will make every effort to resolve issues informally within 14 days.

The former European Commission Online Dispute Resolution platform was discontinued in 2025. Any applicable national ADR route and mandatory consumer remedies remain available.
