Right of Withdrawal
Your Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you (or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you) acquire physical possession of the goods.
If your order is delivered in multiple shipments, the 14-day period starts from the day you receive the last item.
This right is guaranteed under EU Directive 2011/83/EU (Consumer Rights Directive) and Spanish Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2007.
How to Exercise This Right
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision before the 14-day period expires. You can do this by:
- Sending an email to francoeorzan@zohomail.eu with a clear statement of your decision to withdraw
- Using the Model Withdrawal Form below (completing and returning it by email)
It is sufficient to send your withdrawal notification before the 14-day period expires — you do not need to return the goods before then.
We will send you an acknowledgement of receipt of your withdrawal by email without delay.
Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for supplementary costs arising from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw.
We will carry out the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
Return Shipping Cost
You shall bear the direct cost of returning the goods. Please contact us at francoeorzan@zohomail.eu for the return address before sending.
Model Withdrawal Form
Complete and email this form to francoeorzan@zohomail.eu only if you wish to withdraw from the contract. You do not have to use this form — a plain email statement is also valid.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised
- Goods which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly (e.g. perishable pet food)
- Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and which have been unsealed after delivery
